Have you ever imagined what it would be like if you could program your own mind? You don't need to be a senior programmer in life, but learning to use the right words can transform the way you think and act.

Repetition of positive affirmations is a widely used technique to train the mind into a more optimistic and healthy state. But will it work? The truth is that it's not enough to say motivating phrases in the morning if, throughout the day, you use words that sabotage your own desires.

For example, do you want to have more money? Then why do you say phrases like:
💬 "Money is dirty."
💬 "Money doesn't like me."
💬 "In this country, you can't be rich."
💬 "If you're rich, it's because you stole or did something illegal."
Or in relation to health:
💬 "At this age, you can no longer have energy."
💬 "I'm always the first person to get sick in the winter."
💬 "My body never cooperates with me."
Without realizing it, you may be reinforcing limiting beliefs. So how can you change this?

The Power of your Words
If you want more money, avoid criticizing those who have it or belittling your own financial situation. If you want to improve your health, avoid reinforcing thoughts of fragility. If you want a successful career, avoid phrases like “I never get good opportunities.”
The way you speak shapes what you believe and, consequently, your actions. Small changes to your vocabulary can help you direct your mind towards the future you really want.
Now, What Do You Wish?

Do you wish all the best in life? Of course! We all want it. And that's not wrong. You have the right to live in abundance — whether in money, professional success, health, well-being, good relationships or happy moments. But to do this, you need to be aligned with your deepest desires and be coherent in your words.
Creating a new, more positive and inspiring vocabulary helps you discipline your thoughts. And your thoughts are reflected in your actions.
It Starts with the Way You Speak
If you want to change your reality, start by changing the way you speak. You can maintain an upbeat speech without denying the facts, just by rephrasing the words more constructively. Small substitutions can make a big difference:
❌ "It's impossible."👉 "It's a challenge."
❌ "I'm so-so."👉 "I'm getting better every day."
❌ "I'm just not good at computers." 👉"I've just never taken the time to really learn it."
❌ "I've always had a bit of extra weight." 👉 ""Now I’m more mindful of my eating habits."
❌ "I keep trying and I just can't do it." 👉"I'm making progress and I know I'll get there."
❌ "I'm overwhelmed with problems." 👉 "I have a few things to work through."
Every word you choose has an impact on your mind and your life. Listen carefully and make sure you are taking the first steps towards a positive mindset. Who knows, you might even be surprised by the results. 😉
